I have found the perfect flat! How do I set up a viewing?

Once you have found the flat of your dreams in Edinburgh, you can contact the letting agent or private seller by clicking on the "contact seller" button. This will request a viewing date and time by email. Alternatively, if the seller has listed a contact number, you can call them to arrange a viewing. The name of the letting agent or private seller should be listed just above their contact number.

I emailed an agent from the site and they've not responded. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that an agent has not responded to your enquiry. Once we've passed an enquiry on, how an agent deals with it is, of course, up to them to respond to you.
It may be worth phoning the agent instead, telling them that you've emailed but got no response. If you saved the property, go to your saved properties, and get the agent's details from there. If you did not save the property, either re-do the search, or find the agent's details.

There's a specific agent I'm looking for. How do I find them?

At the top of the page, roll your mouse over Agents/Landlords, then scroll down and click on - List of Agents. This will bring you to the page showing all of the letting agents who list their properties on our site.

How do I find a letting agent to let my property?

If your a private seller, you can upload and let your flat directly onto Flat Rent Edinburgh yourself! Simply sign up as a private seller and then away you go. You can upload as many properties as you want. Alternatively if you want to find a local letting agent to do it for you, go to our find an Agents/Landlords section, clicking on any of the agents logos will bring up their contact details. Simply phone or email them, or navigate to their site.

Is Flat Rent Edinburgh a letting agent?

I believe the details of a property to be incorrect. How can this be corrected?

Why can't I see the full address of a certain property?

For security, sometimes the full address of cartain property for rent is available only via the agent.
